Colossians:
Jesus Changes Everything
Mondays, 6:30pm
In Fellowship Hall

Colossians: Jesus Changes Everything is a verse-by-verse examination of Paul's letter to the Church at Colossae. This ancient city was in the Roman territory of Asia Minor and was beset by a heresy introduced to the church that Jesus was not truly God, just an uncommon man. Paul warns the believers in the church not to be fooled by secular philosophies, deceptions, or by traditions established by people. The apostle explains the sufficiency of Jesus in all things, a lesson for each of us today. By embracing this truth, we are set free and are firmly anchored through life's storms. The study is facilitated by Richard Hendrix. There is no cost and registration is not necessary.

The Book of Psalms
Mondays, 9:30am
In Fellowship Hall Classroom

This Bible Fellowship is currently pursuing a verse-by-verse study in The Book of Psalms. Their focus is always on rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15), on being doers of the word and not hearers only (James 1:22), on developing a delight for studying the word (Psalm 119:16), and on rich fellowship together (1 John 1:3).

New members are always welcome. The class is facilitated by Bob Stevens. Registration is not necessary and there is no cost for study materials.

The Gospel of Luke
Mondays, 2:00pm
In Fellowship Hall Classroom

This class continues with its study of The Gospel of Luke, written by Luke the beloved physician, the only Gentile author of the Bible. It is therefore a unique, well-researched, factual and orderly account of Jesus' ministry.

Following Easter, the class will be focusing on Luke's account of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus.

The class is facilitated by Bob Whiddon. Registration is not necessary and there is no cost for study materials.

Care Groups

Care Groups

Our church family is growing! As we grow in numbers, growing spiritually and building relationships with others becomes more difficult. Small “Care Groups” provide the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with others, study God’s Word and share ideas in a comfortable home environment.

Care Groups meet in host homes weekly or every other week.

· Groups consist of 8-16 members who study the Bible, build friendships, fellowship and reach out to the community.

· Groups are located in various Villages and communities surrounding The Villages. You may want to choose a group that is near your home.

· If you are interested in hosting or facilitating your own group, call Harry Cordell at 352.259.1236.
